The rate structure for water and wastewater is designed to recover the costs for providing services to our customers. The rates contain three categories: service availability charge, billing charge and volume charge. The service availability and billing charge are fixed charges, billed monthly regardless of occupancy. The volume charge varies depending on the amount of water registered on your water meter. There may be charges in addition to the water and wastewater for other services provided to your account. Residents inside the City are provided weekly garbage collection and trash collection. Charges for these services will appear with the bill for water and wastewater services. All charges for services are billed on a monthly basis.
