Who do I contact if there is a utility emergency such as a broken water main or sewer backup?
For a broken water main emergency call 386-740-5829. For a sewer backup emergency call 386-740-6853. The normal business hours for City Hall offices are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday with holidays excepted. For after hour emergencies, contact us at (386) 740-5829. Please be advised that if your water is off due to non-payment, you must contact the office during normal business hours.
