Who do I contact if there is a utility emergency such as a broken water main or sewer backup?
For a broken water main or sewer line emergency call 386-626-7251. The normal business hours for the Utilities Department are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday with holidays excepted. Please be advised that if your water is off due to non-payment, you must contact the Utility Billing/Customer Service office during normal business hours at 386-626-7051.
