What problems can be investigated and resolved by City Engineering staff?

The City engineering staff investigates and attempts to resolve issues regarding problems in the public right-of-way, on City property and within City facilities. Typically, problems on private property such as sink holes, drainage issues, structural deficiencies, problems involving private wells and similar matters should be addressed by private consulting engineers hired by the property owner. Unless the owner believes that these problems are in whole, or part, related to conditions in the City owned right-of-way or on City property.
